Spiced Yellow Cake Mix

Fluffy yellow cake with a warm, aromatic twist.

Classic yellow cake meets a fragrant blend of mahlab, mastic, and cardamom for a soft, moist crumb and subtle notes of cherry and almond. Familiar yet unexpected, our Spiced Yellow Cake is perfect for layer cakes, cupcakes, and snack cakes, or even an accidentally on purpose breakfast cake. We won’t judge ;)
